Well what a month October was!
New venues, new courses and new accreditations.
Firstly I'd like to give thanks to the people that attended both of my courses at Belmont. The adult workshop was a pleasure to run and it was a complete joy to cook a range of delicious vegan dishes using the finest produce from the kitchen garden, while my family course was packed with a great number of highly talented young chefs, of whom it was a pleasure to
October also saw the final orchard weekend at Brogdale, over the past year we have met hundreds of people who stopped by to join us for some fruit-based fire-food and if you were one of them, thank you for stopping by and visiting this very special place!
