July update- thank you!!

Hi I hope you are all enjoying the summer, as our schools have nearly all broken up for the summer break, now is the perfect time to say thank you to the staff and children who I have worked with over the past academic year.

The past 18 months have been challenging for all businesses, including new ones like mine, but the support I have recieved in this time has been amazing. In short I am now realising my dream of sharing my passion of simple outdoor cooking with others in the hope of inspiring a few young(and older!) folk along the way. Term 6 has seen me in schools almost every weekday, and I am loving it.

Additional thanks must go to Kent Revs, during the past few weeks I've had the opportunity to use an electric van, which has proved extremely useful and reduced my carbon emissions somewhat.

As we move into the school holidays I will be running some workshops at two fantastic local venues. Firstly at Belmont House on the 3rd and 10th of August and Brogdale Farm on the 25th and 26th August. During each of these workshops there will be a garden/orchard tour and this will be followed by a cooking workshop using the food we have harvested.

To book visit

This coming weekend will see me over the border in East Sussex at Elderflower Fields Festival. This is one of the UK's top family festivals and I am extremely proud to be part of a fantastic lineup this year.

Thanks for reading.
