Hello, despite the heavy rain we seem to be having here in North Kent, summer is finally here!
What this does mean is that we are now heading into several months of hopefully a bountiful harvest, giving us lots of opportunities to cook in some wonderful places over fire. This week we start the first of two workshops at Belmont House and Gardens, and having visited recently we are set for a culinary treat with the glasshouses and kitchen garden providing a whole host of delicious fruit and vegetables to cook with following a garden tour by Graeme the head gardener! While tomorrow's session is now full, there are still spaces for next week (10th August) for more information or to book please click
Towards the end of the month (25th/26th) we will be hosting four sessions at Brogdale Farm, these include a tour of the orchards that will be followed by an apple themed cooking workshop. Where better to cook and eat fruit than the home of the National Fruit Collection?

Further updates to follow this month, but for now thanks for reading and enjoy the sunshine (When it comes!)
