First off I hope everyone is safe and well in these unprecedented times.
On a personal note, we have been busy trying to make the most of the time at home as a family, being particularly productive in the garden!
From the point of view of Wild Classroom, our summer which was looking very busy with events at lots of fantastic venues has now understandably been put on pause.
We are hopeful that our events later on in the year will still go ahead, but like everybody else we only want this when safe to do so.
I am still cooking outside at home using a range of traditional methods which I have shared on my social media accounts. One such example being a pitbaked lamb leg for Easter!
I am still working as a school teacher, and look forward to the days when I go in to school to teach keyworker children, as well as setting work remotely for those at home.
I am in the process of adding more of my recipes for my pupils and anyone else who wants to try on my website.
Secondly, I am going to be doing some live cookalongs via Instagram, the first of these being at 6pm BST this Friday (17th April) As with all what I do, I will keep it simple and accessible to cooks of all ages! More details to follow on a separate post!
Other than that take care, stay safe and thanks for reading!
