Join us this October at  beautiful Belmont House for a very special adult cooking day.

On arrival you will be taken to the kitchen garden and collect your ingredients for the day, while also having the opportunity to view the garden itself and meet members of the Belmont gardening team responsible for growing them.

After this you will be escorted to our outdoor cooking area where during the day you will learn to cook several seasonal dishes using a range of techniques, all over open fire.

Much of the day's focus will be exploring the versatile uses of the Dutch Oven, a simply brilliant piece of kit that can be used to stew, boil, roast, fry and bake delicious food outside. This, like all of our courses is completely hands-on where the cooking will be all be done by the attendees, who will also learn how to build and manage a fire suitable for the purposes of cooking.

Once the session is complete you will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful setting at Belmont.

All our events and workshops are following current Covid-19 guidelines and every step will have been taken to ensure your safety during this event.

All attendees must complete a health and dietary questionnaire before attending this event.

Please note, events are subject to change due to Covid-19 guidance.
